How it Works
When you place an order on this site, ACD Limited arranges delivery direct from the manufacturer to your delivery address. Delivery scheduling is automated and commences soon after your order is placed.
Once your delivery automation has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled. Therefore, be sure to check your order details carefully.
If you are in the Palmerston North area, we will instead handle your delivery personally and it will come from our local stock rather than the manufacturer.
Delivery Cost
ACD Limited shall display to you the cost of delivery at the time of checkout, and after you have entered a delivery address. This price is calculated in real-time by our shipping provider. ACD Limited makes every effort practical to ensure that the delivery prices given are accurate and final. However, occassionally our shipping provider may not be contactable and if this occuirs then we will notify you and prevent you from placing an order.
Delivery Estimates
ACD Limited makes every effort practical to ensure that the delivery timeframes given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold ACD Limited liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
